Thursday Morning Potters and Thursday Night Potters
Full payment is required two weeks before the course starts.
If you cancel with two or more weeks notice from the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice of the course start date, we are unable to issue a refund or reschdeule as this is not enough time to resell your place.
If you decide not to attend or to complete the course after the term has started no refund will be issued.
If you miss a class you we will not be able to offer you a refund or an alternative session or make up the missed time in the studio. The studio is our place of work when not hosting workshops or Thursday Night and Morning Potters.
Workshops and taster sessions
If you cancel with at least two weeks notice from the session date a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel within five working days of a booked session no refund will be given.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or one-off sessions.
If we cancel your course or session for any reason we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
Clay
We provide the clay in the sessions. We only fire the allocated amount for this session. If you decide to use your own clay you will still only be able to have the allocated amount fired. Any extra will need a private kiln hire.
We only allow potters to finish a project if they have missed 1-2 consecutive sessions. Please do not ask to take work away from the studio to carry on with then return to the studio expecting it to be fired. We do not want to offend by refusing.
Final Firings
We only fire when we have a full kiln bisque and glaze firing. This can mean that works from TNP and TMP can take up to six weeks after final glaze day to fire. If you have a deadline to meet then you will need to factor this into your planning.
