‘Community Clay’ is a project run by artist led OSR Projects. We host clay workshops, occasional family taster sessions, Thursday Morning Potters and Thursday Night Potters. Our Kiln is also available to hire

Thursday Night Potters

These friendly and accessible sessions take place on Thursday evenings 6:30 – 9pm at OSR Projects in West Coker.

Thursday Night Potters is suitable for all aged 16+, from total beginners to those looking to develop their skills or simply just to try something new. You will have the opportunity to develop a range of hand building, decorating and finishing techniques.

£160  – 6 week sessions – all clay and firings are included in the cost.

We will require a 50% deposit to book your place and remaining fee paid 2 weeks before the course starts.

These friendly and accessible pottery sessions will take place on Thursday mornings here at our studio in West Coker, nr Yeovil.

Thursday Morning Potters is the perfect inroduction to pottery for total beginners or those looking to develop their skills. You will have the opportunity to develop a range of hand building, decorating and finishing techniques. Chantelle will guide you on all hand building techniques: pinch pot, slab and coil. If you would like to partake she will set a series of potery projects that could be displayed in the next Od Arts Festival 2025.

£100  – 4 weekly sessions – all clay and firings are included in the cost. Max 8 people
